Open notepad and paste the following into it: It may work on the High Elf Ulundil because his voice type is used with certain types of follower NPCs. So if you wanted a High Elf to follow you, and they have the Haughty voice type, this will not work on them. Of course only NPCs that have the correct voice types will be able to become followers. Then run the command from the console with the desired NPC selected. You can create a simple batch file in notepad and place it into your Skyrim folder. Only do this if you are comfortable moving files into your Skyrim folder.
